We currently deliver within Indonesia only.


Shipping Rates:

Due to the personalized nature of our service and the delicate handling required for some of our garments, we offer complimentary delivery for all purchases within Indonesia.


Delivery Timeframes:

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


Order Tracking:

Unfortunately, due to the personalized delivery arrangements, we don't currently offer online order tracking. However, you will be contacted by our team to confirm a convenient delivery time slot.

Special Considerations:


To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a valid phone number and detailed address during checkout.


At Rose & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our appointment-only shopping experience, we have a limited return policy.


To be eligible for a return, your item must:


Be in original condition, with all tags attached.

Be unworn and unwashed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items outside of these conditions.


Please note: Due to the nature of our business model, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to exchange your item for another size or style, subject to availability.
